Commercial Paving Perth
We supply porcelain pavers, natural stone, cobblestones and cladding for commercial projects across Perth and beyond. Our showroom at Homebase Subiaco holds one of the strongest natural stone and porcelain ranges in Western Australia.
A Perth Paving Supplier for Commercial Projects
We hold a deep, carefully selected range of porcelain and natural stone, and make it available to the people building Perth’s commercial spaces: architects, landscape designers, project managers, and business owners.
For commercial work that means project quantities, sample stock for specification, technical details and sizing on request, and delivery across Perth and beyond. You choose the material, we supply it, and the project moves at your pace.
If you don’t have a paving contractor in place, we can point you toward experienced installers across Perth.
A Range Built for Commercial Use
Commercial settings ask more of a surface than residential ones do. The selection below covers the materials we supply most often for commercial projects, with the qualities that matter when a surface has to perform in public.
Porcelain Pavers
Porcelain is a dense, vitrified material with a non-porous surface. It resists staining from the spills that are part of daily life in a commercial setting, holds its colour consistently across batches, and handles regular foot traffic well. Large-format sizes are available for projects that call for fewer joints and a more expansive look. We supply the full porcelain range for commercial supply.
Natural Stone Pavers
Our natural stone range covers sandstone and limestone, and every product in it has its own character. Some, like Fellstyle, carry a consistent low-variation tone across the range. Others show far more movement and individual variation from piece to piece. That range of character is the point: it gives a designer genuine choice over how a finished surface reads. Each product is described indiv idually on its own page, so you can match the stone to the project rather than the other way around. Browse the sandstone range.
Cobblestones
Cobblestones bring texture and a sense of permanence that flat paving cannot. They handle vehicle loads and high-traffic entrances well, which is why they suit driveways, forecourts and feature areas. We supplied cobblestones for the driveway at The Richardson Hotel in Perth, a project covered further down this page. See the full cobblestone range for sizes and colours.
Natural Stone Cladding for Commercial Spaces
Cladding is where a commercial fit-out gets its depth. A clad feature wall, a stone bar front, or an exterior detail in natural stone gives a space a tactile, considered quality that paint and render cannot reach. We supply natural stone cladding for commercial walling, pool and courtyard walls, and feature detailing across Perth projects.
Combining Natural Stone and Porcelain
Natural stone and porcelain are often treated as a choice: one or the other. In practice, the most interesting commercial spaces use both. The two materials do different things. Natural stone brings texture, variation and a tactile surface that draws the eye and the hand. Porcelain brings a precise, contemporary finish, consistent colour and a clean line. Used together, each makes the other more distinctive: the contrast between a textured stone wall and a smooth porcelain surface gives a creative commercial environment its character.

The project pictured here shows the combination at work. Fellstyle natural stone cladding forms the feature wall, while a white porcelain surrounds the pool. The stone gives the wall its texture and presence; the porcelain gives the surround its clean, contemporary finish. Neither material is doing the other’s job, and the space is better for using both. For commercial projects, this opens up real design opportunity: a single supplier, a coordinated specification, and two material families chosen to work together. Explore our natural stone cladding and porcelain range to see how they might combine on your project.
Commercial Projects in Perth
Commercial and hospitality settings make hard demands on an outdoor surface: constant foot traffic, furniture moving across it, vehicle loads in some cases, weather exposure year-round, and a public-facing standard that does not allow shortcuts. Two Perth projects show how the right material choice answers those demands.

Fellstyle Paving at The Old Courthouse, Fremantle
The Old Courthouse is a restored heritage bar and restaurant in Fremantle, dating to 1899. Its outdoor courtyard needed a surface that could handle daily commercial use while sitting comfortably alongside the building’s original limestone walls. Fellstyle, a quartzitic sandstone with a consistent neutral-grey tone, was supplied for the full courtyard. Its low variation reads as calm across a large laid area, and its natural texture provides grip underfoot without any surface treatment, which matters in an outdoor dining setting.
Cobblestones at The Richardson Hotel, Perth
We supplied cobblestones for The Richardson Hotel driveway and entrance, one of the most demanding settings a paving material can face. The forecourt of a hotel takes constant vehicle traffic, and it is also the first thing every guest sees on arrival. Cobblestones answer both: they carry vehicle loads well, and they bring a sense of arrival and permanence to a hotel entrance that flat paving would not.
Commercial Paving Supply Across Perth and Beyond
We supply commercial paving projects across the Perth metropolitan area, from Fremantle and the western suburbs through central Perth and out to the northern and southern corridors. Our showroom at Homebase Subiaco is the closest natural stone and porcelain specialist to much of the western suburbs, and an easy visit from the city. Our supply reach extends well past the metro area. We have delivered to regional Western Australia, as far south as Esperance, and interstate. If your project is outside Perth, we are happy to discuss material and delivery before you commit.
